I’ve got my first 6,000 mile service, and I was told it might take up to 2 hours - so I left home. I’ve got a call 20 minutes later that the service been completed!? No tire rotation been done, Seamed t might take up to 2 hours - so I left home. I’ve got a call 20 minutes later that the service been completed!? Waste of my time. Had an appointment at 10 for an oil change and was told that it was going to be no more than 2 hours, so I decided to wait. At 1140 I went in to check and see how much longer and they told me I had 3 cars ahead of me and another 2 hours. Needless to say I was upset and decided to leave right then and there. Wasted 2 hours of my day with nothing to show for it other than I know now never to go back there for any service. More
We are very pleased with the Service Dept, in its's entirety including up front staff. That includes the mechanics for the past 10 years, and the front end staff including, drivers for rides home, car entirety including up front staff.
