The service manager at Rydell Joe Mendoza was great he did not do anything wrong it was the mechanics I brought my truck in for basic service added in brake flush truck came back to me with a brake pedal did not do anything wrong it was the mechanics I brought my truck in for basic service added in brake flush truck came back to me with a brake pedal going all the way to the floor would not stop right had to bring it right back it took another 3 hours for them to do that then I get the truck back again and the tire pressures are 47 PSI when they're only supposed to be 34 PSI God have them come take it and bring it back and fix that I don't understand how these mechanics could let a vehicle go with a brake pedal going down to the floor and tires over pressurized as much as they were More

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I've received. As a loyal customer of this dealership for over 30 years and having purchased at least seven vehicles with my family, it's disheartening to received. Additionally, the lack of service availability on Saturdays is simply unacceptable. I strongly urge your dealership to take steps to improve customer service for the benefit of everyone involved.
