I left my car for service to check 2 items: traction light and side impact light. I brought it in on 6/11 at 8am and had been told it would take 2-3 days to fix the issue because Rydell is so busy and light and side impact light. I brought it in on 6/11 at 8am and had been told it would take 2-3 days to fix the issue because Rydell is so busy and there are other card before mine. Service Advisor Jerry Roxas told me he would keep me apprised, but did not until I texted him on 3 separate occasions. When I asked about the car on Friday afternoon, after having the car for 3 1/2 days, he said they were just starting to look at it. Since I needed the car back, I had to pick it up without anything having been done to it. When I complained, Jerry told me they are always very busy and he cannot guarantee that it would have been looked at. Amazingly, when I came for it, he said they were just going to check it. I don't believe that, since I got conflicting info from him about which point they were addressing first. When I said I'd bring it back another time, he also told me they're not always busy, that sometimes they have no cars waiting at all. Lots of contradictory info from him. I asked for the service manager Jason and spoke to him. Jason told me they had 2 electricians call in sick for 2 days and so they were behind. Why the advisor never mentioned that to me is a mystery. If I hadn't asked about my car, it would have sat there all weekend too, until Monday, when MAYBE it would be looked at. The part that makes me angriest is the fact that I was NOT updated about anything. If I had been, I would have understood. Very poor customer service in this case. Jason told me to bring it in again and he would make sure it would be dealt with right away. I am skeptical but made an appointment for June 19 at 7am, when they open. More
