Bad service and overpriced: Having an appointment just means that you get put in a queue and serviced later in the day or sometimes days later (like the previous time I came in). In this instance, I left the car and they did get back to me within a day, but charged me $225 to diagnose the issue (a broken wire), and then wanted an additional $300 to fix the broken wire. Jason recognized the disparity between the warranty (which states that wiring and connectors are covered) and their GM computer database (which said that wiring is not covered), but was unwilling to honor the warranty. I don't blame the service rep (Rene) who did communicate, I blame Jason, the manager, for not correcting the issue. More
