I’m giving a 1 star rating to do how I received my car when I picked it up. I will start by saying the service rep Chris who helped me out was great. When I got my car back, there was oil left on the stee when I picked it up. I will start by saying the service rep Chris who helped me out was great. When I got my car back, there was oil left on the steering wheel and center console. Additionally, I’ve had my car for over a week and still the car smells like oil. I was also given my car back with the plastic and paper left in the car. I understand I can’t expect to have a cleaned vehicle when I receive it back but to know that a service tech drives it without gloves and leaves oil in the car is disappointing. I ended up paying. $200 to have it detailed. I understand I could have brought it back to ask for it to be cleaned however that’s time consuming, and I didn’t trust that it would be handled the way it should be. The service tech need to do better and ensure this doesn’t happen again. Again, this has nothing to do with the Service Rep Chris. He was the positive experience I had. More
The people very professional but, service dept is always very busy. I had a 9:30 appt and they didn’t get to my car until almost 3:30 and that because I called at 2:30 to check in the status of my car. very busy.
