I went in to look at a truck that I liked and for an appraisal on my truck. I was greeted by one of the salesman Pedro. Unfortunately the truck that I saw on their website had been sold a couple of days ago. Then Pedro suggested a similar truck. After the test drive, I knew I was going to buy the truck, I received a good offer on my truck. Pedro went thru everything thoroughly price and paper work. As I was waiting for the final step Pedro said I am going to get it washed for you and fill up the gas tank. Pedro went above and beyond. And I also want to give a shout out to John in financing he explained everything and made the process smooth. Once all the paperwork was finished Pedro made sure I knew what all the buttons on my new truck were used for. I will definitely refer family and friends. Read More Read Less

I never felt pressured or rushed during the process and Chris acted like he had all kinds of time to spend with us. I think I got a pretty fair deal on my trade in and I was happy with the out the door price of my new car. I think I ended up with the right vehicle for me and the whole process was quick & pleasant. I did not deal with financing so I cannot speak to that process. More
