They allowed me to go in early drop off my car before my appointment. The checking in process was very quick straight to the point, not very friendly, but that’s fine I was in a hurry. But when I picked up the vehicle, I was asking the receptionist what had been done, and she was very short with me, a little rude, and was basically handing me my keys and my paperwork so that I could leave. Didn’t inform me of where to go to get my vehicle. She was just trying to shooo me out the door. I wanted to know what exactly was done to the vehicle since I brought it in due to a recall. More

Chris was excellent with our service appointment. We had to leave our car and due to sensor notifications and he was proactive and order the parts he believed it was and got our car fixed as soon as We had to leave our car and due to sensor notifications and he was proactive and order the parts he believed it was and got our car fixed as soon as he could. We only have one car so it was hard not having one considering it was during the work week. I appreciate the car and hard work he put in to getting our car fixed properly and quickly.
