After 5 days and about 8 bad dealership experiences, I decided to check out one last dealership. Starting to run on empty. I showed up and Jorge was outside. Right away, I told him what I was in the market for and didn't want to entertain anything different. He showed me the used trucks, saw one that was a steal and we ran the numbers. I was able to have a super comfortable conversation about what I wanted on my end and didn't feel the pushiness or other negative xx that I got at every other dealership I went to. ALL the people I encountered while being there were honest people and I would recommend anyone to go there and at least hear what they have to say. Also, I needed a quick service on the vehicle and Jorge, Tony, and Joe all worked together and expedited the service the next morning. Great group of men and women at Rydell Chevy Northridge. Even though I'm moving out of California, I imagine I will come back in the future when I'm ready for a new truck!
