Extremely poor customer service! Bought a used truck that had issues right off the lot. Just to get the truck looked at was such a horrible experience as no one could help me. Until Joe Righetti reached out to try to make things right. We discussed all the issues over the phone and he assured me he would take care of me. Joe was able to get me to bring the truck in as I had already scheduled an appointment with another dealer to get my truck issues resolved. I want to thank Joe for helping me and I appreciate his efforts. But I still feel so much was left on the table with how I was being treated by this dealer. They could not even wash my truck when they returned it to me. I even asked about a tear in my passenger seat that was hidden when I purchased the truck by a cheap fix. I knew I would have to pay but was never returned a call or text on a quote or who they recommend to fix it. I was also sold the mandatory LoJack that wasn't even installed and that was even a hassle to even get installed. How can you sell someone a product and say its installed when it clearly wasn't! At the end of the day I will never return to this dealer as a customer and I will be telling friends and family to avoid you as well. More

Bought a brand new Silverado, already has transmission issues. This is a work vehicle and I am told to drop it off for approximately a week, no rental vehicle provided in the meantime. Even though I took the vehicle in for a transmission service thinking that would help, it did not. The frustrating part is that this was brought up to service and the just did the service without looking at transmission. They just reset the light. If they already had the vehicle, why not look to see if issue could be resolved? More
