We did our homework before coming to buy. We came to Rydell to buy a truck, Arnulfo aproached us and listened to what we wanted with no pressure. We've leased the Equinox from Rydell since 2011 and have always had exceptional service. This time, I knew the exact car I wanted which was on the lot. I am the primary driver of the vehicle, had done my research, and had questions. Our salesman directed all of his answers and conversation to my husband and ignored me, a woman. When the paperwork was completed, it was a little past closing time. Our salesperson was very impatient with us, didn't help us with OnStar or make sure we knew the basic features of the car. When asked, he said there wasn't a Sirius XM offer which was not true. He obviously want to leave work and didn't care to complete the usual service when a new car is leased. More

Everything went very well with the negotiations with Jose Hernandez. We agreed on a price I wrote a check for the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette along with eight year hundred thousand mile platinum bumper-to-bumper Hernandez. We agreed on a price I wrote a check for the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette along with eight year hundred thousand mile platinum bumper-to-bumper warranty. Things turned a little south when I met with the finance department. Was told I could not have the eight year hundred thousand mile warranty as stated by the sales personnel which was to start on the purchase date. Also didn’t realize I was paying for low Jack, which I never asked for. Hard to recommend a dealership when things don’t work out as told in the beginning. More
Let me start off by saying—you don’t come across good, honest salesmanship very often these days. I’ve owned nearly every brand of car out there, and to be honest, my last dealership experience left such a bad taste that I wasn’t even sure I wanted to go back to one. I recently test drove a Tesla, but it just didn’t feel like the right fit for me. To make matters harder, my husband’s usual sales guy wasn’t available when I was ready to exchange my car. This past Friday, we got an email saying there were just two days left in the Memorial Day sales event. My husband texted Chris in the service department to see if he had any recommendations—though we didn’t expect a reply until Monday since it was already after hours. To our surprise, 10 minutes later, Chris replied: “Mo is back!” My husband turned to me and said, “It’s your lucky day, babe—it looks like you might just get your car this weekend.” Now, my husband is very antisocial (lol), so when he genuinely likes someone, I know that person has to be solid. He reached out to Mo, and Mo responded right away. From the start, he was understanding, patient, and most importantly—he actually listened to me. There was no pressure, no sales pitch—just someone who truly wanted to help me find what I wanted. And he did exactly that. Mo got me the best deal possible, and just like that, I drove away in a brand new 2025 Equinox EV (in sports mode!). Thank you, Mo, for restoring my faith in car buying.
