Poor communication! I left messages but they were not returned. I was not informed for 24 that my car was ready for pickup after paint and pre conditioning. After waiting hours to sign paper work I left and signed paperwork via e-sign. Terms changed from esign to pickup. Had a difficult job to have new contract printed with new terms vs offered hand written addendum. More
