My sales person, Armen Kesablyan, was very accomodating with scheduling my appointments and he went over the car's history and points of interest in detail; he is a seasoned professional. Fred Alvarado in th finance dept spent a lot of time shopping a lender and rate for me and explaining the various payment and warranty options and strategies. I felt he was sincerely advocating for my best interests, given my goals and scenario. In all, it was probably the best experience I've had with a car purchase over the last 40 years. More

When I took my car in for service, my regular guy was on vacation so I went with whoever was available. Ended up getting very bad service got quoted 199 for differential oil service got charged 289 for the vacation so I went with whoever was available. Ended up getting very bad service got quoted 199 for differential oil service got charged 289 for the service I was in a hurry to get my car after being there for two days Didn’t check the price so later that day when I called back and I spoke with Chris the person that wrote up everything he said oh it’s taxes that’s why it was $90 more.
