This is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. I have ordered my 2022 camaro via a custom order with the price and all other terms agreed upon. Once my car has arrived after 2.5 months, I came to the dealership to pick it up and to setup my lease agreement. I was so terribly surprised to find the dealer associate and his sales manager both forcing me to buying their LoJack system as well as to accept a markup on the financing interest rate. They have admitted that they just wanted to make extra money on me, even thought another sales manager originally promised the smooth buying experience once my car arrives. They were very rude with me and pretty much were saying take it or leave it. After about one hour of fighting and complaining, they finally removed the interest markup, but still made me get LoJack, otherwise threatening to cancel my order and refund my deposit. I had no other choice after waiting for months, but to accept this scam offer. I have complained to General Motors as well as left several voice messages for Rydell General Sales Manager, who never returned my calls. Stay away from this place! More
This was by far the WORST experience for purchasing a brand new car fully paid same day. I was sold a USED car as new. I was called less then a week later regarding this vehicle, because it wasn’t to be brand new car fully paid same day. I was sold a USED car as new. There was two nails, in two separate tires, as well as I almost had 3 accidents on the freeway with the engine slowing down. I was then harassed by all star which is a low jack service attached to the car, but since they hadn’t properly taken the previous previous owner off the vehicle, they were playing with my lights, are either during annoying tactics until I took the vehicle back. In the mist of this I had been taking the car back numerous times for multiple recalls on my vehicle that they were unable to fix More
I waited 30 minutes in my car for a service advisor to check me in and no one ever came!! I asked one of the service workers to get me help he said he did twice still no one came! I happen to see a servic check me in and no one ever came!! I asked one of the service workers to get me help he said he did twice still no one came! I happen to see a service advisor come out and when i asked for helped he said " i was welcome to leave". I never felt so discriminated in my life! Every other car that came after me was assisted and again no one even got to me!! This dealership is full of racist people i will never ever go there again! If i could give it a zero i would.
