I had an appointment and left my car on a Monday to get only get inspected. Left it for a week and by Friday they still never got to it. I understand if they are backed up with cars but to not reschedule a only get inspected. Left it for a week and by Friday they still never got to it. I understand if they are backed up with cars but to not reschedule and give me a new date so my car can be inspected is really poor management. What was the cherry on top for the disappointing service is that I called the service advisor for a status report but he responded “I’ll call you back to see where you are in the service line”. It took me an hour and a half to get to dealer, and within that time I never got a call back and I took my car back. I will not be taking my car here ever again, if they can manage car service properly, I don’t think that they can work on cars properly. More

I’ve been a Chevy customer for 15+ years, but this service department is the worst I’ve encountered.** * **Lack of Communication:** I was promised I’ve been a Chevy customer for 15+ years, but this service department is the worst I’ve encountered.** * **Lack of Communication:** I was promised a call-back before my appointment regarding my warranty and rental, but it never happened. * **Slow Turnaround:** It took 4 days just to diagnose a rear wiper issue despite having a scheduled appointment. * **Warranty/Rental Issues:** The staff didn't understand the Chevy CPO Warranty. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental, and they refused to reimburse me or offer a loaner. It is unacceptable to keep a customer's vehicle for nearly a week for a minor issue without providing a loaner or a timely diagnosis. I will never use this service department again. More
