They insisted on a fee for diagnosing, but were unable to diagnose the problem. wanted to keep the car indefinitely weeks, months, or long truck. 2. It had already been there weeks and multiple parts they ordered were not correct. 3. Service manager made very rude remarks, horrible nasty things. I never made rude remarks in response. His manager was not willing to find any compromise. In sum, wasted weeks, incompetent, covered incompetence with nastiness. More

My concern about the grinding sound was not resolved. “ Hi, yes. This is April Flores. My Chevy Traverse got serviced last week, yet I still hear the grinding sound that I mentioned.” Ashley: “ Hello If you are able to duplicate the brake grinding concern ( I assume it’s the brakes ) we can start from there and possibly repair it same day . That itself will take a few hours. Just need you here by 9:30am like on a Tuesday or Thursday “ I live in Norco CA and the first time I took it in, I had to tow it because I didn’t know how long they would keep it. Then, to pick it up was another ordeal as it wasn’t left with sales and I had to cancel my ride. After having so much trouble with that first experience of getting it there and picking it up, I was just glad to have my car back. Then, to find out that the grinding issue was not resolved and that the only way to get it resolved was under the conditions of Ash was very disappointing. Those conditions would require me to lose another day at work when it should’ve been resolved the first time. I think any service technician could’ve found and resolved the issue after I addressed it if they would have paid attention to it, and the fact that I’m being asked to go back and duplicate the sound when my whole family keeps asking me “what’s that noise, mom?” Is a bit insulting.
