My service advisor was extremely great Renaissance exceptional employee smiled. Read me nice as you can possibly ask my employee. Í scheduled an appointment 1 1/2 weeks out. When I took the car they said they wouldn’t see the car until next week and then they would all the insurance and that would take another 24 to 48 ho When I took the car they said they wouldn’t see the car until next week and then they would all the insurance and that would take another 24 to 48 hours. My car would sit at Rydell for at least 1 1/2 weeks before they might start working on it. I don’t understand the point of having an appointment if they can’t look at you car for 5 to 6 days! The service person said “We have 9 cars ahead of you with the same problem”! Again why make an appointment if you can’t diagnose the car for another week this leaves me without a car. Terrible customer service. More
