I had a vehicle in from an accident that they we're unable to get the parts for due to the UAW strike several months back. They refused to do anything to get me in a loaner or trade the vehicle so I en unable to get the parts for due to the UAW strike several months back. They refused to do anything to get me in a loaner or trade the vehicle so I ended up having totaled by Insurance because I had no transportation for several months and then I bought another vehicle which is currently in their shop because their technician broke the fuel line by putting the fuel pump in wrong or was very rough on the line. The fuel pump is warrantied but this is the second mistake they did on this job because first it was the fuel filler hose when they assembled it the first time then they had to remove the fuel tank again which added a day to the work putting me without a vehicle again and now it's back in the shop for the same thing but just the fuel line and now they're not honoring their warranty. Even though the warranty is still valid. I will never use them again and I've already got my family and friends turned away from that place. I already got an attorney and they told me that once I get my vehicle back if they charge me that we will going against them in court and I will win because I have more than sufficient evidence to prove that the warranty should have been used and they'll just be paying me way more then what it would have been worth them making out of the repair in the suit. We are happy with this dealership because when ever we have a problem with a vehicle and a deadline. They have been able to come through for us making the repairs.
