I received a call from one of your people at Rydell, saying that he would check into the claim on the premium warranty for my Chevy Trax that was not honored. This was 2 weeks ago and no word back from Rydell. This is the "usual" experience from Rydell Service, never responds back!! Well I am still waiting and waiting to see if Rydell will refund the the money lost from not honoring the Premium warranty. PEOPLE think twice before you go to Rydell!!!!!!!!!!!!
