This was my experience: Salesman Michael was incred good, but your that can quickly turn sour once you’ve forked over the money to purchase a car. This was my experience: Salesman Michael was incredibly helpful and responsive over the course of 6 days as we talked about me buying a car. When I decided to make the purchase (remotely), Michael assured me it would take 2-3 days for my car to be delivered to me. As soon as the signed paperwork was in place, the story changed: it could be 5 days or more before the car was delivered, and suddenly Michael became much less responsive. In the middle of figuring out the transport schedule, Michael left on vacation without giving me a head’s up or handing me off to a colleague - he just stopped answering my calls. I was then connected to Sierra, the manager. She had previously been very helpful and, in Michael’s absence, promised to help with clearing things up regarding the transport, so that the car could be delivered ASAP. After a day of unclear communication, I followed up the next day (Saturday). Surprise! It was now Sierra’s day off and the team at the dealership said they had no insight into the situation and that I’d need to wait until Monday to hear an update. Four days will have been wasted on this back and forth, and I still have no clarity on when the transport service will pick up my car from the dealership and deliver it to me. While I was initially grateful for a different, positive dealership experience, it turns out this one is just like any other: Just trying to make a sale, with a complete disregard for customer service. Bought a new car, last deal of the year! Went to Ryan Honda to just drive around on December 30, 2017, an hour before they closed.
