Always very helpful staff. I was in for routine service as part of my maint plan on my new Chevy Silverado (which I love, by the way). I brought my car in and informed the Service Writer (Jeff) that there was a vibration and that I thought it was in the drive train. I was informed that my car needed brakes and rotors. It did not vibra (Jeff) that there was a vibration and that I thought it was in the drive train. I was informed that my car needed brakes and rotors. It did not vibrate when applying the brakes but rather vibrated all the time. I thought if it was in fact the rotors and brakes I would have felt it when applying the brakes ? Approximately $350.00 later for new brakes and rotors the vibration is still there. I brought it back and took one of the mechanics for a test drive and he informed me that he thinks it is a U-Joint or something else in the drive train. I have an appt. for wednesday morning to get it fixed but my main concern is -- Did I really need $350.00 worth of brakes and rotors ?? I have allways trusted your service and have allways been treated great, but now I am questioning my trust. You guys have been wonderfull in the past and I have felt confident in your work, I bring my vehicles to you for everything. But once again now I am unsure of my trust. More

With oil changes, supposed to check all fluids. Antifreeze down 1/2 gallon, in between oil changes performed at Ryan Dodge Dealership. I also phoned in to get an estimate on fixing the thermostat on my Dodge Grand Caravan 2001. Quoted me $150.00, I believe was way too high, considering the location of the thermostat. I had a friend do it for me, the parts were $20 and the antifreeze was $15. It took him 10 minutes to replace the thermostat. I don't know how it can cost that much at a dealership. Seems like this is taking advantage of a customer. Also I have purchased vehicles from Jeff Barbre at Delano Dodge. I would buy another vehicle from him, trustworthy, honest person. More

I bought the Ford across the street and have a service contarct with the Ford dealership. I called them first, and there price and attitude was insulting. So I called the Dodge dealership and Aaron who helped me on my Dodge. His price was almost 200 dollars less and they got the car in 45 min after out phone conversation. Also he put good parts, not the cheapiest on and it was done very quickly. Very happy with this place, and thats coming from someone who has a service contract on a vehicle at the Ford Store across the street and I brought it to a Dodge Service department!! Will ALWAYS brings my Dodge and FORD to Ryans Dodge Chrysler and Jeep. PS Whatever your paying Aaron Double it!!! Justin More

I was a bit skeptical to use the coupon that I cut from the local paper. The initial encounter with the service advisor was professional and informative.
