I decided to add a set of side steps to my Jeep Liberty, I was scheduled for a 10:00 AM appointment was greeted by a very polite Aaron Grefsrud who had all the paper work ready for the installation of the s I was scheduled for a 10:00 AM appointment was greeted by a very polite Aaron Grefsrud who had all the paper work ready for the installation of the side steps. The work was done with in the time I was told it would take to do the install the sidesteps looked great on my my Jeep and with in and hour and a half I was on my way. More
I brought in my 2012 Denali for an oil change and rotation. Never having been there before, I went to the wrong building. After telling the mgr what I needed done, I went to the waiting area. Within 5 minutes the mgr found me and told me I needed a synthetic blend oil which they didn't have. I appreciated his honesty as I imagine other places may have just put in regular oil and sent me on my way. Luckily the mechanic hadn't drained the oil yet and the mgr directed me to the correct Ryan Chevrolet/Cadillac bay where they had the oil I needed. (Very friendly mgr at the 1st place I stopped! Sorry, didn't get his name) Within 10 minutes they had my truck in to service it. While waiting for it, the mgr came out and told me that the tread wear was the same on each tire and I didn't need to rotate them. I had never heard this before and was just going by the old "rule of thumb" of rotating every 7,500 miles. He said he would do it for me but I was wasting my money. I guess I'm still a little unsure of this and will check into it with the dealer I bought it from last November to get their opinion. But I appreciated his opinion and trust he was correct. And loved saving a few bucks! (I just bought this vehicle new late last year and this would have been the 1st rotation.) I am VERY pleased with the way I was treated at both places. Excellent service. I went for the first oil change and inspection. I saw Scott was working and went to say hi. He went back to the service dept and said he was taking care of my visit. I called to see if the service area was busy for an oil change and they were not, so I just stopped in. I had received an email & letter from them and realized my oil needed to be changed! Had my 2008 Saturn VUE in service a couple of times and that Tom in Service....what a GREAT GUY! It's like I knew him. He treated me with respect and always smiling! only problem I had was at end, picking up my vehicle at 7pm proved to be an adventure... no one knew where it was. 2 guys took my key and went to find it but it took about 10-minutes.
