Aaron is always so very friendly and good at his job. He remembers my name with out fail, and goes out of his way to do what needs to be done with out adding on things I don't need. The service was excellent and efficient! All service being done on the vehicle was explained in a way that was understandable. Employees were very friendly and responsive; listened to me and followed up on questions and requests. I had the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and there was absolutely no wait, got right in. me and followed up on questions and requests. The only problem I had with this incident was that the part my vehicle needed wasn't in stock and on back-order without an expected delivery date. I was quoted a price to replace a front wheel bearing on my Chev HHR of $600.00 at your dealership. "That"s outrageous", I said. "I could try and get it done for around $550.00", he said. "I could find an after market unit and install it for $471.00", he said. I checked and I can purchase a good quality unit on line for $105.00. I'm sure you buy them for around that price also. Budgeting about 1.5 hours to change out the bearing that would leave you $495.00 for labor and profit. Aren't you ashamed. I am more than willing to pay a reasonable price for your service. I was insulted to think you would try to charge me such an outrageous price for such a basic repair. I will probably not come back to the Ryan Auto Mall to get abused again. I brought my Jeep in for service on a recall, to have the oil changed and to have a small dent repaired that was there when I bought (from Morries across street). Customer service is bar none! Work done was coordinted between the dealership and collision locations and I was kept in the loop at all times. Ryan is my new dealership!! Won't go back to Morries!! More
