The guys in the service center have been very pleasant to deal with both times we have had the oil changed, plus when we got a nail in the tire only a few months after purchasing the new car. Also, our sale deal with both times we have had the oil changed, plus when we got a nail in the tire only a few months after purchasing the new car. After a 20 mile drive an Purchased 2014 Jeep GC Overland for Ryan Auto. I scheduled my first appointment to have a faulty lift gate repaired on 2/10. After a 20 mile drive and 2+ hours of wait time, the lift gate was recalibrated and I was sent on my way. Lift gate still did not work. Called and spoke to Matt on 2/11. He was to speak with Chad again and with Jeep CS to determine next steps for repair and call me back. It is now 2/17 and I still have not heard from them. On 2/12 I took the Jeep to Luther Jeep in Brooklyn Park. The problem was diagnosed as a faulty latch. I will not return to Ryan Auto for service. More

On Thursday evening, I came out and my Chevrolet Impala had lights flashing that said I needed to " Service Stabilitrak". This had never happened before and I wasn't sure what to do. As I drove home my c had lights flashing that said I needed to " Service Stabilitrak". This had never happened before and I wasn't sure what to do. As I drove home my car was also flashing that I was losing power. I was not able to drive over 30 miles per hour on the way to Buffalo. I was hoping to make it to Ryan's where I had purchased the car. I got to Ryan's at 7:40 and Brad Harloff, Service Manager, told me that my problems were due to the extreme cold weather. He also gave me a courtesy car to drive home that night. He told me to call him in the morning. When I called him the next morning and he gave me the bad news that it would cost over $500 to fix the car, I told him that couldn't afford that much. He worked with me on the price and waived the diagnostic fee. My car was fixed by noon on Friday. Brad called me to let me know the car was repaired and I picked it up on Friday night. Brad Harloff was very courteous and did exactly what he said he would do and waived the diagnostic fee. My car is fixed now and driving fine. More
I have been in a few times for service of my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Twice for recalls, the first "fix" did not repair the issue so I needed to bring it back in for an extended stay. Aaron obtained a Grand Cherokee. Twice for recalls, the first "fix" did not repair the issue so I needed to bring it back in for an extended stay. Aaron obtained a loaner car for me, although at the time, we were having our first winter weather snowfall, I missed my Jeep but was able to get to and from work in the loaner. The last fix repaired the issue and I have now been in for a couple of oil changes. Both times the service was efficient. Aaron was helpful in communicating the status of my Jeep, answering my questions, and getting my Jeep back to me as soon as possible. The last time I was in for my oil change, I was greeted by Aaron and he didn't even ask for my name! I hope that was a good thing? A good experience! More
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and Aaron was right on the ball. It was the first time for me going in a little after 7 in the morning but I think I'm going to stick with that. He came in with a smile, like he always does. This is where I bought the van and this is where I will stay for service as long as they keep the employees they have happy and greeting us with a smile.
