I had sent him an e-mail with a few different tire quotes that got placed in his spam folder, so he didn't see it until 2 days later when I called him. He was very apologetic and worked with me right at that moment until we found tires that I was satisfied with. Doing that told me that he had a sense of remorse for missing my e-mail, even though it was an honest mistake. I have a sense of trust established with Aaron, as well as a continued trust in the service centers at Ryan Auto Mall. More

The guys in the service center have been very pleasant to deal with both times we have had the oil changed, plus when we got a nail in the tire only a few months after purchasing the new car.
