Ryan Auto Mall - Service Center

Took too long and didn't follow through on picking me up. I brought my new Jeep Cherokee at Ryan and scheduled to have a towing package installed on it. I made an appt. and got there at 7:00 AM and then found I brought my new Jeep Cherokee at Ryan and scheduled to have a towing package installed on it. I made an appt. and got there at 7:00 AM and then found out "the guy that does this wouldn't be in until 9:30 A.M." So I brought it back at 9:30 A.M. Then I sat there until 12 noon waiting for it to be done. At 12 noon, I was told from the Service desk that it wouldn't be done for a couple more hours and would I want a ride home to wait for the call that it was done and then they would come and pick me up when it was done. So, I got a ride home and then they called me at 3:00 P.M. saying it was done and someone would be there to pick me up so I could drive it home. At 4:00 P.M. no one had arrived yet to pick me up so I called Ryan again and asked if someone was coming and they assured me there was someone coming. At. 5:00 P.M. still no one had come so I could get my Cherokee. Finally at 6:00 P.M. someone came to pick me up. I spent a whole day waiting (7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.) waiting for the service to be done. Also, I initially was quoted the day before that the cost would be $450.00. I was called the next day and they told me they had FORGOT to include LABOR which brought the price up to $750.00. I love my Jeep Cherokee but don't know if I can recommend their service dept. I also previously bought a new Jeep Patriot there and had very similar problems with the Service Dept. or "After Purchase" add-on involving the exact same thing with installing a tow Package. More

Job well done. I went into Ryans to get an oil change. They met me at the door. Asked me what I was needing. They sent me to the waiting room. 2014 Ram I have a 2014 ram 1500 with 5100 miles on it. Had to tow it into Ryan (I own a repair shop with my own tow truck) Was told that neither Chrysler nor R I have a 2014 ram 1500 with 5100 miles on it. Had to tow it into Ryan (I own a repair shop with my own tow truck) Was told that neither Chrysler nor Ryan will pay the tow bill. Went through steps to get this settled but nothing has been done as of 1 week. I have left 4 messages for Matt to call and find progress on the matter, but I have not heard from anyone yet. Matt did respond to this review and I am pleased to say that everything was taken care of. Thank You Matt!!! More

Amazing service , great employees! I had a few recalls done on my jeep , the staff there was so welcoming & friendly . I used the express lane without an appointment and I was on the road in less than 30 minutes (about 45 minutes to an hour SHORTER than with an appointment at the FL dealer!). More

Nick is always very helpful! Nick is very kind and helpful, never pushy! I never have to wait long to get my oil changed and they always wash it!
