Seasonal Issues Related to Jeep Soft Top I had a few minor issues with my Jeep soft top that got overlooked because the seasons changed and time went by. After I eventually brought it in whil I had a few minor issues with my Jeep soft top that got overlooked because the seasons changed and time went by. After I eventually brought it in while under warranty, the submittal to Jeep warranty got lost or was not submitted. After no results from a couple of inquiries, I contacted Jeep. I was put in touch with the service department again and my issues were addressed. What was a frustrating situation for me was corrected by Erik Lund, the Service Writer. Because of Erik's effort and candor, we are satisfied with the repairs and the experience. Thank You for taking care of our issues, we love our Jeep and will definitely give Ryan a chance again when its time for another! Respectfully Mike & Deb Post More

Even the very best service professionals make mistakes when I visit with my vehicle. So, what does that tell you when even the best individuals fail to meet the customer's needs every time they work with the customer? It's probably not the employees' fault when the good are bad and the bad are horrible. On that note, it's the same reason that this review and all past reviews will and have passed without acknowledgment. It's the culture at your business that is failing your customers and that culture is a reflection of management. I am certain that at your business you have issues from time to time that get mishandled. It would appear that is the case at this dealership as far as you are concerned. You mention that your review would pass without acknowledgement. We do take our reviews seriously and treat them as an opportunity to learn and improve. It is, however, more difficult to learn from someone who, rather than offering constructive criticism, prefers to express himself in a self-important manner with anger and contempt for an entire business and follows up by emailing every employee with his ranting and raving. As one of the countless hacks that you refer to, I can assure you that you and your business are not perfect either. We would just prefer to know that and politely not mention it to everyone we meet I maintain my previous point; that while management seeks out individual employees to blame for bad service, it's the culture that management has created that fails their customers. They can be very friendly people, but on this instance we felt that the service could have been better. We were told that if they hook up their computer to figure out whats going on it could cost us $50 to $100 and then we told him if that's what it was going to be like we would go elsewhere were we wouldn't have to pay. This is ridiculous!!! This service guy almost tried to talk down to us, when my husband stated that he could just do it himself at his work. I do not like going to any dealership and being talked to like we don't know what we are talking about. I have a warranty and they need to honor every aspect of it! We are still waiting too unfortunately on the recall parts to come in considering the transmission issue. More

Fixing Someone Else's Mistake I arrived at Ryans with a brand new Dodge I had purchased a couple days before at a different dealer.. One tire had gone completely flat. The dealer where I purchased it had sent me out of there with the low tire light on, but with the assurance that air had been added and everything was fine. It wasn't. The tire had a large nail in it. I drove it to Ryans as they were closest dealer. They were wonderful. I was very upset and they did a great job of not taking my concerns lightly. They worked with the other dealer to approve a new tire for me and replaced the old one. I've been in for service several times over the last few years and have always found them to be fair and honest. More
