Overall experience was very good. One thing that draws us into a dealership like Ryan Auto mall is the location. We like the size of Buffalo and try to stay away from the larger dealers. I initially talked with Steve due to my interest through their website. I held the car as I wouldn't be able to look at it for a few days and Steve said that was not a problem. When I showed up at the deale their website. I held the car as I wouldn't be able to look at it for a few days and Steve said that was not a problem. When I showed up at the dealership Steve and the whole Ryan Auto Mall staff was extremely friendly and the best part was that at no time did I feel rushed or pressured into doing something uncomfortable. I forgot some things in my trade in and, being that i live over an hour away from the dealership, called to see if someone would be able to get them for me. Due to no one being available due to training I was directed to the detail dept. who helped me immediately, even though it was not part of their job to do so. To end my experience I had left my new car to get some things done to it and Steve called me when it was done and said that although I could not be there till after close that he would meet me there when I was able to get there with the keys to my car. Basically Ryan Auto Mall went out of their way to accomodate me and my needs, even though I wasn't buying a new car and I cannot thank them enough for their support. More

Part of my search was done by sending emails, etc to Chevrolet Dealers in MN and surrounding states. Since I knew the various ‘book values of my trade, and the dealer cost, etc of the Camaro I wanted, I was quite clear to all the dealers as to what ‘difference’ I was willing to pay. Several replies later and tons of ‘male, bovine manure’ from most of the dealers I had contacted, I ended up talking with Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo, MN. Within a few minutes of talking with Jake, the deal was done. I’m happy and will go there again when I’m ready to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
Honestly, most dealerships I visited in looking for used autos provided very good service. I think you all realize that if you slip up here, the competition could whisk a customer away.
