Overall great experience with Brian at Ryan Auto Mall. He was well informed on the used vehicle that I purchased and while the business offices were busy while I was there and I had to wait longer than ho He was well informed on the used vehicle that I purchased and while the business offices were busy while I was there and I had to wait longer than hoped to actually sign papers, he kept me updated with the timing which was appreciated. The only thing that was annoying was that the car did not come with a full tank of gas - maybe I was naive and should have negotiated this as part of the deal, but just assumed that when I got in my car to drive off the lot that it would be full of fuel. I even went back in to ask if they forgot to fill it and was informed they only try to make sure used cars have ~1/4 tank. Its a little thing, but after spending $17,000 on a vehicle, a full tank of gas seems reasonable. This didn't leave a great taste in my mouth, but didn't have any more time to push it further. More

There, I met Jake the used car sales guy! Jake is NOT your typical used car salesman! I've bought many cars/trucks in my days and have dealt with alot of salesman... Jake is absolutely the most helpful, energetic, friendly sales man I have ever met. All the other sales guys I've ever met could take some lessons from Jake! He doesn't try to redirect me to something I don't want in order to make a quick sale.. He listens and if he doesn't have what I'm looking for...he tells me! The Ryan Service Department guys are very attentive to what I need done when I need their services. My hat's off to them as well! I had one instance where things didn't go well but they bent over backwards to get it fixed properly! I've always been a "Chevy" guy and have found my "Chevy" dealership that I'll probably use the rest of my life. That's only because you fellas have some of the brightest and most helpful guys around. Prices are a bit high, but for quality of workmanship and autos... You have a lifetime customer! Thank you! More
