I flew in to drive this car back to Indiana and Doug picked me up at the airport too. Fair price, clean, one-owner car that was as described. Clean vehicle, prepped and ready to go for me upon arrival. Good communication by text, email, and phone from Doug. Would recommend talking to him if they have what you are looking for or to find what you need. Finance/Paperwork guy, Jeff I think, was fine too. Dealership looked clean and nice and well kept. Ryan Keeney After "tire kicking" on the computer with other dealerships I managed to find several Chrysler T & C's that I would be interested in at Ryan Buffalo.. After "tire kicking" on the computer with other dealerships I managed to find several Chrysler T & C's that I would be interested in at Ryan Buffalo...Contacted ( via computer) Ryan, made arrangements for a meet with a" Ryan" at noon on Monday (21st Dec). Mentioned to Ryan Keeney that other vans in stock were on my look at list...Within minutes he had several in front to look at...Given a "walk through" on each one by someone who knew his product...great... My last 2 van sales guys should take some lessons from him....Settled on 66010 and business like Ryan ran the numbers and hints etc and made arrangements for clean up, lic. plates and delivery to front door within less than an hour...Went through the finance guy ( forgot his name) got the extended contract and made arrangements to bring in old title and questions the next day... Came in the next day with tons of questions for Ryan and again, he knows his product and set up my phone, reworked the learning curve for me concerning the electronics and solved other questions in a very short time... Thanks to him and his genuine concern for making sure that we were satisfied with purchase, I will recommend to others that Ryan is the guy to see and that Ryan Automotive is the place to go. PS: When looking at other dealerships they had the "plain Janes" T &C's with about the same price . Sorry for the long posting. More
Buying a truck from Steve Edmonson I had been watching a particular used truck, on an Internet listing service, for a few weeks. When I was finally ready to buy, I double-checked the Ryan Auto Mall listings and didn't see it. It was late Friday night, so I wrote, asking that someone call me, first thing in the morning. Steve called about 7:50 AM to confirm it was still available. We live exactly 100 miles away, and my wife had something she had to do, so I told him we'd be there shortly after lunch. Steve offered to put a hold on it for us. We made arrangements to do that. When we arrived, the truck was cleaned, inside a display area and ready for us to take for a test drive. It was exactly the truck we wanted. Someone valued our trade while we visited with Steve. When he got the valuation, we negotiated a final price. Pretty simple. Very painless! We're pretty set on vehicles for now, but I'd hope that Ryan Auto Mall would have the next used vehicle for which I was looking and we wouldn't hesitate to contact Steve to help us. Please ask management to consider giving me the hitch tow package. I don't need the electrical hook ups, I can buy those. Kirsten and I didn't see any scratches and pits. However, there are quite a few. The dodge dealership did not have a van with electric start nor a tow package. I wanted to go back to a van. So I opt out of that when I seen a cruze was available. I need help to set up my on star. More

What I wanted was difficult to find, without a $60K price tag. Kirk worked tirelessly to put me into the vehicle, contacting me after hours when necessary. There was no mistaking that I was a willing buyer as I had cash. Kirk got me all the incentives and a couple little known incentives directly from Chrysler. If you want someone that will work for you, you had better put Kirk on your short list. When I am in the market for another vehicle, he is at the top of my list. More
Left with a Car I had been eyeing up a used car on their website for a couple weeks and finally decided to stop in and check it out. At the time I was currently driving an older model Dodge which I very much loved and didn't "have" to get rid of. We worked with Melisa while we were there. She was extremely friendly and personable to work with, but could have been more informational on the vehicle and its features when we had questions. Took the car for a test drive - was pleased and sat down to talk pricing. We tried negotiating on price a couple times and dealership was more reluctant than I expected to budge very much on the listed price. As much as that disappointed me, I was tickled with the trade-in deal they offered me for my older car. Left the dealer that night to think about it. The next day I tried one more time for a better deal on the car and managed to get the listed price down a whopping $428. (I really think they could have done better) Nonetheless we purchased the car and got the trade-in. The only other comment I have was the day we came in to do paperwork. Dane (finance person) was having a lot of trouble getting his printer to work and we wasted a lot of time sitting there doing nothing. He mentioned he had been having the problem for awhile so I really hope they get that straightened out for future buyers because it was rather unprofessional. More
