Came in to look at one car and ended up buying it. I called Ryan Auto Mall and was directed to Tim Adams regarding a vehicle my wife and I saw online. We further set up a test drive with Doug Rambow. Upon arrival Doug and the vehicle were ready to go. Our test drive went well and it was nice to be able to pull the car inside and look at it in the light being this was at night. We were able to take our time and we never felt rushed to talk about a sale. We feel that the sales process went very well. Nothing was hidden and answers were very fast. I knew going into the sale that there was a recall on the Ford that we looked at, Doug had not problem calling Ford and looking into the recall. We worked on a number for the price of the vehicle that we were happy with. We were pleased at how fast we were able to negotiate the price. When Doug went to talk to Tim about the price we offered, it didn't take him very long to come back with an answer. We've been places where we have had to wait forever for an answer. It was a little annoying to have to go to the other building to do the final paperwork, but really it's not the end of the world. Everyone through the process was courteous and kind. We were never pushed into any add on sales or purchases. Shaun Olson was very thorough and gave us really good advice given options we had, but never forced anything on us. He completely let us make our decisions. Ultimately, we had a very good experience and would recommend this dealership to our friends and family. More

Transmission Issues/Warrenty We made an appointment due to our check engine light coming on and our computer telling us that is something to do with the transmission. They can be very friendly people, but on this instance we felt that the service could have been better. We were told that if they hook up their computer to figure out whats going on it could cost us $50 to $100 and then we told him if that's what it was going to be like we would go elsewhere were we wouldn't have to pay. This is ridiculous!!! This service guy almost tried to talk down to us, when my husband stated that he could just do it himself at his work. I do not like going to any dealership and being talked to like we don't know what we are talking about. I have a warranty and they need to honor every aspect of it! We are still waiting too unfortunately on the recall parts to come in considering the transmission issue. More

Even the very best service professionals make mistakes when I visit with my vehicle. So, what does that tell you when even the best individuals fail to meet the customer's needs every time they work with the customer? It's probably not the employees' fault when the good are bad and the bad are horrible. On that note, it's the same reason that this review and all past reviews will and have passed without acknowledgment. It's the culture at your business that is failing your customers and that culture is a reflection of management. UPDATE: This is the response I received which exemplifies my review: Private Response Ryan Auto Mall responded to this review January 27, 2016 Good morning Mike. I am certain that at your business you have issues from time to time that get mishandled. It would appear that is the case at this dealership as far as you are concerned. You mention that your review would pass without acknowledgement. We do take our reviews seriously and treat them as an opportunity to learn and improve. It is, however, more difficult to learn from someone who, rather than offering constructive criticism, prefers to express himself in a self-important manner with anger and contempt for an entire business and follows up by emailing every employee with his ranting and raving. As one of the countless hacks that you refer to, I can assure you that you and your business are not perfect either. We would just prefer to know that and politely not mention it to everyone we meet I maintain my previous point; that while management seeks out individual employees to blame for bad service, it's the culture that management has created that fails their customers.
