It was a total pleasure to deal with Doug Rambow at Ryan Chevy. Doug and I talked on the phone for close to a week, even when he was 'off the clock'. He answered every question, faxed me vehicle history, held my hand a bit, and took care of the add-on items that I requested. This was in addition to picking me up at the airport, and bringing me out to Buffalo. We spent close to 4 hours going over the truck, until I felt comfortable with it. There's a lot to learn when you're going from a '08 to a loaded 2015 Diesel. When we were done with my learning curve, he took it into service and had the Techs give it one more going over, until he was satisfied that I was happy.
