Pleasant experience in purchasing of an automobile We called earlier in the day to asked if the car we were interested in was still available. The receptionist got Doug Rambow on the line and he state We called earlier in the day to asked if the car we were interested in was still available. Doug didn't know if we were coming to see it but when we got there (3 hours later) it had been taken off the lot, washed and inside. Even tho he was busy with another customer he made time for us to inspect, drive and thoroughly look over the automobile at our convenience. In our discussion, any questions we had Doug answered immediately in a pleasant, knowledgeable and straight forward manner. No time did we feel pressured in any manner. From the time we arrived till the time we drove away with the car was no more than 2 hours. The complete process was seamless and smooth. Our experience was highly enjoyable and Doug was very professional in his dealing with us.
