The agent, Damian, was willing to stay after hours with us to make sure we had all the information we needed. We decided, though, to go home and sleep on it before making a final decision. Once we contacted Damian the next day, he got to work, and in just over an hour we were driving home. It wasn't until we were home that we realized we had left some cd's in the car we traded.
