With Ryan Auto Mall, I was impressed by the customer feedback/reviews and, since they currently had a vehicle I had been looking for in stock, decided to give them a call. I requested to speak to the Sales Manager, Tim Adams, and told him I was looking for a salesman, that he would recommend, who believed in taking care of his customers. Tim immediately sent me to Doug Rambow. My experience with Doug was certainly first-class...he is a true gentleman who's word means something. I especially appreciated his friendliness and excellent communication he provided. I also spoke with Jeff Seibert, in finance, and have the highest regard for him. Lastly, I worked with a Nick (Johnson) who helped me with a paint sealant and 3M protective film application...once again, a delight to work with!
