I asked her to call me back to confirm that the van was mine. The sales agent called me back to double confirm that it was available and to tell me that the van was 100% mine. That afternoon, I began making arrangements to travel to MN to pickup the van and I canceled a purchase on a different vehicle. The next day the sales agent called me and told me the van had been sold to someone else. They didn't offer me any kind of resolution. I'm extremely disappointed in the way this was handled and I would not recommend this dealership. More

Great experience purchasing my truck! I had been truck shopping the last few weeks looking at several dealerships. I met some horriable and mediocre salespeople.
