Used 2016 Dodge Caravan When I first inquired about a van, Reese called me to ensure I knew what I was looking at because I was driving from quite a distance. He was right - When I first inquired about a van, Reese called me to ensure I knew what I was looking at because I was driving from quite a distance. He was right - it was out of my budget. He could have got me there, and fooled me around, but he didn’t. He was upfront honest with me. He even looked at dealers closer to me on his own to see if there was a van in my price range that was new. There wasn’t. So I looked at the used ones and found one. So the next day I drove out to Buffalo and Reese was unable to be there but another salesman helped me. I didn’t want Reese to lose a sale - the new salesman said, “Reese always helps us, me helping him is just my chance to step in for him and I appreciate helping him”. I found a fantastic van that fits all my needs and my budget! Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the other salesman but everyone there was super kind to me. More

He guided us in the right direction as to what type of car would best suit our needs. He also personally delivered to us at our home the second set of keys. That, to me, was going above and beyond what he would have had to do. Jeff made the "signing of the papers" also a good experience. He explained everything in an easy-to-understand way that put us at ease. He was very organized and thorough. We telephoned him the next day with a question and he answered it right away without making us feel we had inconvenienced him. Very reassuring to know that both he and Doug are very approachable. I also want to mention Tom in the service department as always being so attentive to us. We definitely feel confident in dealing with Ryan Chevrolet, and in this day and age that's huge. More
