I found my perfect cross-over online, and came into Ryan Auto Mall to check it out. Todd was genuine, and took a laid back approach to giving me the information on the vehicle. He let me test drive it without asking many questions. After I test drove it, I was really interested, but wanted to take the weekend to test drive it to make sure it was the car for me. He was flexible open to the idea. I ended up test driving the vehicle over the weekend, and LOVED it. I needed financing, and Todd helped me find the best option, and all of the paperwork was ready to go when I arrived on Monday evening. Pretty seamless process.
