New town, new Jeep My wife and I had just moved to Buffalo from the Cities. A longer drive to work meant time for a new vehicle, the old one just wouldn’t do. The moment I walked into the auto mall, I was greeted by a friendly face (and a classic Minnesota accent). Todd Rodenwald welcomed me to Ryan and asked what brought me in today. I simply stated what type of vehicle and options I was looking for and he directed me to the perfect Jeep right there on the floor. Ended up test driving a similar Jeep...in a snow storm...overnight! It looked pretty good in the driveway, but the one on the floor was the one for us. Brought the vehicle back the next day and we signed the papers right then and there. To no fault of his own, the sales rep had 2 or 3 other groups of people that all came into the dealership at the same time and, therefore, we didn’t get as much one on one attention as we would have liked to have asked the few questions we did have about the vehicle. Second, when we viewed the ad for the vehicle we were interested in on the website, it had a lot of features listed that were not in the same vehicle we were interested in, but the VIN numbers had matched up to be the same vehicle. I also had a trade-in vehicle. It was listed at $8000 on KBB. They had my trade in at $5500. We had asked why the trade was so low. They had explained the reasons why in depth, and because of this and the package deal we not getting in the car which was advertised, they worked with us to add some other options to the vehicle and knocked the price down.
