Brought my vehicle in for an intermittent issue with my ACC cruise control. The service advisor did not fully understand and relay the issue to the technician resulting in them not diagnosing the vehicle. ACC cruise control. After attempting to reiterate the issue to the service advisor, he would not listen to me and just wanted me to pay for the technician to pull some low voltage codes and charge the battery which were completely unrelated to my issue.
