They completed my recall pretty quickly and gave me a ride home and back. Wasn't easy to get a hold of them when I was ready to come back and pick it up. They seemed to be short-handed, despite business ride home and back. Wasn't easy to get a hold of them when I was ready to come back and pick it up. They seemed to be short-handed, despite business being obviously slow. My service advisor had to leave early, so someone else handled the delivery when I got back. He wasn't directly rude, but didn't hide the fact he was annoyed that he had to deal with me. There is also a greasy footprint still on my driver floor mat. I don't think I would return to Rusty Wallace Honda as a paying customer. More

I see the Service Advisors more than the Sales staff and the Parts staff, but all of them have been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I enjoy taking my cars in for service, because I know it will be a pleasant experience and that the quality of the service, parts, and repairs will be high. More

RWH is always friendly and courteous each time I visit this dealership! The staff checks me in and takes time to hear my concerns with my vehicle. The wait time is never unreasonable and the snacks along this dealership! The staff checks me in and takes time to hear my concerns with my vehicle.
