Our family has had a very negative experience with Rusty Wallis and I am writing this review after numerous attempts to get in touch with the Service Center for their assistance. In 2019, our 2016 Honda Wallis and I am writing this review after numerous attempts to get in touch with the Service Center for their assistance. In 2019, our 2016 Honda Pilot's engine went out, and after weeks of frustrating calls and visits, the Rusty Wallis team agreed to replace the engine in exchange for a good will payment. Fast forward to November 2023, we discovered that the engine cross threaded the bolts in the frame rails due to the job done by the Rusty Wallis team in 2019. We have reached out to Rusty Wallis, leaving voicemails and sending e-mail after e-mail repeatedly since November 2023. It is now January 3, 2024 and we have yet to receive a single e-mail or call back from the Service Manager or anyone at Rusty Wallis. The service center has not picked up a single call, or provided a call back or e-mail response and it has been nearly 2 months. At the bare minimum, we should receive even the most basic customer service but it is clear that they are avoiding this issue. The lack of response and accountability is extremely disappointing and frustrating. More

I have been going to this dealership for quite a few years, they experience a lot of turnover in the service department, but I always manage to get good service. If I could give a suggestion: acknowledg years, they experience a lot of turnover in the service department, but I always manage to get good service. If I could give a suggestion: acknowledge the customer as soon as he stops the car in the service bay; a sign from any of the advisors will do. Even if you have to wait a little you know they know you're there. I hope Ronald Stewart stays for some time. More

Cecilia was just the best service assistant I have ever had, she took care of all of my needs and answered all my questions. And my service tech was amazing he was able to get my car completely fixed in a had, she took care of all of my needs and answered all my questions. And my service tech was amazing he was able to get my car completely fixed in a timely manner in just a day and a half. The only thing that I wish that could have been done was a car wash but that was just poor timing because the car was needed service itself and couldn’t be used. Overall everything was perfect! More
