This is the third car that I have purchased from this dealership. For the past 2 years the service department has declined in service. When I brought my care in for a service I only got an oil change. Th dealership. For the past 2 years the service department has declined in service. When I brought my care in for a service I only got an oil change. The service agent told me my car was ready and I asked him what did they do, he said an oil change. I asked him why I did get the service that was due for my mileage and asked to speak with the manager. He then said that he did offer the service until after the oil change. Total waste of my time. At another service I was due a transmission flush and I was told that they were out of transmission fluid. I ask when could I bring it back in and the service agent said I could wait on it. Last year I brought my car in for a noice and to the other side of the shop and after they did the service check I was told I needed brakes and rotors. I had been in for a service the month prior.
