I was originally quoted a 1 week ETA for the completion of work. I only needed one window and window framing replaced. After having to call the collision center multiple times a day to check on the progres of work. I only needed one window and window framing replaced. After having to call the collision center multiple times a day to check on the progress of my car, being told that the estimator originally assigned to my car quit, having to re-send my insurance estimate because the collision center had lost access to the file, further delays in the work process due to "additional damage found", I was finally informed that I could pick my car up more than 3 weeks later. Upon arrival, the repair was Still not compete due to missing window tint on the window that was replaced. Leaving and having to come back 4 additional days later, the car was finally available for pick up. The repairs I came in for appear to be complete, but the cars' tire pressure light was on, which was not the case when I dropped the car off. More
