I scheduled an 9:00am appointment for a recall of the fuel pump. Other than the fact that my car was ready and sitting in the waiting area for 45 minutes, because my service manager was gone to lunch. I fuel pump. I had made an appointment for recall service of fuel pump module and oil change. Honda had notified me the part of was available. I confirmed my appointment. Was not told to call before I got there to con module and oil change. Honda had notified me the part of was available. I confirmed my appointment. Was not told to call before I got there to confirm. When I got there at 7am they could not do the recall work because they did not have the part. Will have to go back for recall work when they can get the part. The oil change was done. Just wish I had been notified that the recall part was not actually there before I went so early. The service advisor was very apologetic and have no problem with him. More
This was my second experience having my car serviced for regular maintenance. First time was awesome. This second time the service advisor was a little unorganized it seemed but they may have been short h regular maintenance. First time was awesome. This second time the service advisor was a little unorganized it seemed but they may have been short handed due to it being new years eve. My car was sitting completed for almost 30 minutes before the service advisor came to let me know. I had to find him and when I did he gave his recommendations about air and cabin filters which he could have provided me that information before they ever pulled the car out so then it had to be put back in the port to do the filters. Since I had such a great first experience, I am just going to chalk this one up to the service advisor having a "not so good" day. I still plan to return to get my next maintenance here because overall they are good dealership and service dept from what I can tell. More
