I came in during a down pour and they told me they needed my car to be able to program my keys . Went home got the car and came back, they took my car back and were through in, it seemed like minutes. The in my car to be able to program my keys . This was my first time at this dealership. I was happy with the express service because all I came for was a regular oil/filter change. They did a complimentary multi-point inspection and told I was happy with the express service because all I came for was a regular oil/filter change. They did a complimentary multi-point inspection and told me about the other fluids that may need to be changed soon based on Honda's mileage recommendations, but I did not feel like they were recommending extra services unnecessarily or prematurely just to make money, which has been my experience at other places. My service advisor was excellent and he completed the work, explained the future needs, and told me to have a great day, which I appreciated. However, I overheard a different service advisor on multiple occasions telling customers that 5 star reviews were necessary and if they gave a 5 star review they could even win a TV. I am deliberately giving a 4 star review because I don't want to feel like I am being bribed. I hope you will value my honest feedback just as much as I value your honest words and service. More
