Dealership switches customers back and forth between bays. The Manager had customes documents visible and displayed for others to see which I viewed and gave to the Manager. I mentioned to the service representative that I had lights on my dashboard. The service department never addressed the service lights being on and we're not able to give me pricing on suggested service concerns when I asked them. When I left this service department, my lights returned on my dashboard and remain.on including a low tire!. Every time I come to this Honda dealership, I always receive sub - par care. Everytime! Rusty Wallis dealership needs to work on their service and customer service!! More
