When my father dropped of my car at the dealership for oil change, tire rotation and right blinker light was out to change all this was told to Jason Murphy. I know my father does not speak very well Engl oil change, tire rotation and right blinker light was out to change all this was told to Jason Murphy. I know my father does not speak very well English, but he got out the car to explain to Jason as much as he could to get his point across. In an hour I received a called from Jason that it was done, I asked him if the tire rotation and blinker was also done? He said that he didn't know and no body told him when he was the person that they explain what needed to be done to the car and he hangup on me so I had to called again and wait another two hours to get that done and the recall issue as well was not fix. More

Once I had to escalate my issue up to the service manager, everything was taken care of. Lisha and Chuck were amazing and helped me resolve my issues in a quick manner. I can’t say the same about Ron manager, everything was taken care of. Lisha and Chuck were amazing and helped me resolve my issues in a quick manner. I can’t say the same about Ron.
