"Certified Preowned" vehicle needed multiple trips back to the Service Department in the weeks immediately after purchasing it to fix things that clearly should have been taken care of before delivery. The phone system at the dealership is horrendous -- do I really need to hear three times in a row that the call may be recorded? Or how about the Service Department not having a full voice-mail inbox every single time I'm trying to reach them? These guys have completely removed themselves from all consideration for future Honda purchases. More
