I took the car for a/c problem. I was told there is a warranty extension on the a/c. Poor customer service! Advisor wise I worked with Llisha Halpin, she has poor customer service and acts as you’ve inconvenienced her by taking your vehicle in, there is no Advisor wise I worked with Llisha Halpin, she has poor customer service and acts as you’ve inconvenienced her by taking your vehicle in, there is no greeting or “I will be right with you” and doesn’t really talk unless she has to. While picking up my vehicle I observed her interaction with another customer and it was awful (no customer should be talked to in the form she did). My vehicle’s SRS warning came on and I took it in as this warning has came on before and is a safety issue. Unfortunately I couldn’t go without my vehicle when the light came on and had to wait until Saturday to be able to leave it. 1st day I took it in I couldn’t leave it because I needed it, 2nd day the system was down and they didn’t know how long it would take to look at it, 3rd day I left it and was told a completely different code came up. Before I left she talked to me about the diagnostic they got and made it sound like my SRS warning is not important when I told her I would bring it in when it comes on again and hopefully it comes on earlier in the day so they have time to look at it, her response was “it’s not going to matter the time it comes on it’s going to be the same thing”. An SRS warning and a Loss of Communication Battery code is different! And apparently the system was down again and she would input the data once the system was up (I was told this three separate days when I made appointments in person and never received confirmations). They also left a used water bottle in my vehicle which is unprofessional as I always keep my vehicle clean. I will not be using Rusty Wallis Honda’s Repair Service Department again because of the poor customer service! More
