We have always taken our cars to Rusty Wallace for service. The staff is extremely friendly and they do not try to "get" you with things that don't need to be fixed. I have taken my Pilot and my wife's Odyssey to Rusty Wallace and there have been many times one of the service gentlemen will say, "This needs to be done, but it could wait until you come in for your next visit. It is not an emergency now." This makes me trust them even more when they tell me something needs to be fixed. We will continue to take our cars to Rusty Wallace because of the value, quality, and trust that we have in them. More
I brought the vehicle in for service due to a recall. A very good experience, done it a short period of time. I didn't get the fellows name but the courtesy shuttle driver is very courteous, obviously li very good experience, done it a short period of time. Plus he knows the area extremely well and didn't drive around like he was lost. He speaks very highly of Rusty Wallace and is grateful for his job...a good man. Also, Jeff(service adviser)was shinning his boots when I came in. That showed first of all he cares about his appearance and desire to portray a professional first impression. More
When I bought the car everything was wonderful. I first had issues with my car at 12,000 miles. I took it to the service department and they test drove it and did a visual...said nothing was wrong with my had issues with my car at 12,000 miles. Now a few months later and at 19,000 miles I have had to get a new set of tires. I continuously got a run around about whose fault this was...from cheap tires, that the dealership puts on the car to the shop where I get my oil changes done because they did not inform me about rotating my tires when I got my oil changed. I have since found out that my alignment was out on my car but they never looked at anything else on my car. I will never take my car back to this dealership for service. I have tried to contact the general manager of the dealership also with absolutely no response from him either. We will be in the market for another car in the next year or so and I will NOT every buy one from this dealership and I am not even sure if I will buy another Honda. More

Work was under a recall and was promptly fixed. The service center is clean, prompt service and knowledgeable service personnel. They even washed my car after service. In addition to the oil change that I came in for Jeff told me I needed to replace the air filter, have tires rotated and Jeff suggested I replace the battery. He gave me prices for all of these items and after talking about the low mileage on my 2007 CRV he checked to see if battery was under warranty. It was which was a nice surprise. When I arrived I asked Jeff how long he thought it would take to complete the service, he said about an hour. I was in the service department and out in a little more than an hour. I always took my older CRV to a non-dealer repair facility but I will use Rusty Wallis service as long as I have my current CRV. Jeff was very considerant of my needs but at Rusty Wallis everyone puts the customer first. More
Jeff was outstanding! When I drove in there were two other gentlemen on the phone and Jeff was writing up another car, but quickly came over to help. I gotta tell you that I don't ordinarily respond to surveys, but John in Service was so outstanding. You are lucky to have an employee who really cares about the customer and went way up and beyond wha surveys, but John in Service was so outstanding.
