Timingbelt replaced, gasket leaked. Splashgaurd replaced, didn't replace retainers. Now they stopped sending me coupons because they don't want customers that check their work. Thank you Rusty Wallis! I bought my new Honda in April, which was a great experience...but then was in an accident in October....so I took my car into the Collision Center to be repaired. Brian Glenn went which was a great experience...but then was in an accident in October....so I took my car into the Collision Center to be repaired. Brian Glenn went above and beyond for making my experience painless. He reassured me that the Collision Center would repair my car and it would not be any kind of a hassle. He worked closely with my insurance and made me feel like a priority. Brian, Maria and Dan all stayed in contact with me during the process....they even checked on me after I received my car back. How fantastic is that?! I can't say enough positive things about Rusty Wallis and a huge THANK YOU!!! More

Dropped my car off for service. It was making an abnormal noise from the clutch. They did not fix the problem and in fact there was an additional new noise that they totally blew off. When I picked up the car it was dirty on the interior and exterior, it smelled of grease, and the carpet was stained. There was a 3/4 tank of gas when I dropped it off and when I picked it up it was down to 1/4 of gas with almost 100 miles added to it. Hope they enjoyed joy riding in my car instead of fixing it. Thanks for leaving it worse than when I dropped it off. You guys suck. More

He takes care of the little details that mean so much. With him, I'm confident that my car was taken care of. I trust him and believe he is Rusty Wallis most valuable asset in the service department. I came in to have my 2009 Civic serviced for a battery replacement. I had already received a letter from Chris regarding a trade in, so I called him from the maintenance dept to visit about that letter. O replacement. The process was so easy and hassel free. Chris was able to deliver on everything that I asked for. This is my first car with only me on the contract plus, it is a lease--something that my father has always said was important. We are a Honda family and I am already looking forward to my next visit at the end of my current lease. More
