I brough tmy Element in for an oil change late in the day. You all were pretty backed up, and it usually just takes an hour to do, but my service guy still got me out of there within an hour and a half. day. Initially I had gone in for my 30K mile maintenance, but the tech working on my car found that a previous dealership had not noticed my two back tires were worn out and needed to be replaced. This was due to the lower control on them were too short, which was covered under warranty, however my tires were not covered. Initially, I was skeptical, but they said there should have been a loud noise coming from the back of my car. I have had a few people notice that, but I always thought it was because it was a civic and they always were loud. Apparently, the noise slowly got louder over time, so I really didn't notice a difference. After repair, I noticed a MAJOR difference in the noise, especially on the highway! Thank you to the technician at Rusty Wallis! However, I do think the tires should have been covered as well since I regularly take my car on time for its maintenance and oil changes. This should have been picked up a long time ago by the other dealership. More
I was actually rather disappointed with Rusty Wallis this time around. I don't live too far from them but not all that close, but I would actually make the drive to go to them. Their customer service level is not as good as it once was. It was okay; I was just not impressed. They also raised their prices, which whomever I called on the phone gave me the wrong price. Then they told me that my car was ready and didn't bring it around. I had to ask twice to have it brought around. Then I drove away and looked up and they never put the oil change sticker on the window (this is not the first time that has happened either), so I had to drive back to get that taken care of. Again I wouldn't say it was terrible service, it just wasn't good or great. It was okay. But I don't know that I would go back for an oil change. More

Rusty Wallis Honda Employees have great customer service. Recently, I brought my Odyssey in for a problem dealing with the airbag icon on the dash. I was really anxious because I just knew that it would ta Recently, I brought my Odyssey in for a problem dealing with the airbag icon on the dash. I was really anxious because I just knew that it would take all day and cost an arm & a leg. A friend had the same problem and it cost her several hundred dollars to get her van fixed. This was not the case @ Rusty Wallis. I called Mr. Davis, and he told me to bring my van right in to get it checked out. Within 30 minutes I had arrived and Mr. Davis had pulled my vehicle information to include the extended warranty. My van was examined during the promised time frame and I was given the news. I was so relieved when he told me that it was covered under the warranty. The part was ordered. Within days - Mr. Davis called me to bring my van back in to have the needed repair completed. Mr. Davis told me I could bring my van in that exact day. The service was completed in a timely manner and I was able to enjoyed the rest of my day off. I really appreciate everyone's warm smiles and courteous attitude. During a time when great customer service seems to be fading like a thing of the past, Rusty Wallis Honda is keeping it alive! From start to finish, my service experience was excellent. The service department was clean, the personnel were friendly, free coffee and bottled water was available, the service took exactly as lo excellent. I was immediately met by a clean, neat,& friendly I was immediately met by a clean, neat,& friendly serviceman (J.Reyes). In a courteous manner he asked my reason for the visit.While he was do I was immediately met by a clean, neat,& friendly serviceman (J.Reyes). In a courteous manner he asked my reason for the visit.While he was doing this another serviceman was checking my battery. I was advised of an estimated cost for the service and given an estimated time it would take to do the work. I was then directed to the waiting room. It was a large well lighted and very clean area. The room room had T.V. and Internet Service and was well stocked with current magazines and newspapers. A roving room attendant invited us several times during my wait to enjoy free coffee, hot tea or bottled water and snacks. The work was completed a short time before the estimated promised time, Mr. Reyes went over the service bill with me, asked if I had any questions and then walked me to the cashier. She pleasantly accepted my payment, stapled a copy of my receipt to the service invoice and called for my car. Incidently, the charges were a few dollars less than the estimate. I WENT TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND SHOW EARL THE DAMAGE EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT I WANT TO FIX THE ALL DAMAGE AND POINT WITH MY HAND, GOT THE ESTIMATE WENT BACK LATER TO FIXED AND SHOW HIM AGAIN POINTING WITH M EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT I WANT TO FIX THE ALL DAMAGE AND POINT WITH MY HAND, GOT THE ESTIMATE WENT BACK LATER TO FIXED AND SHOW HIM AGAIN POINTING WITH MY HANDS THE DAMAGE, WHEN I WENT TO PICK MY CAR ONLY PART OF THE DAMAGE WAS FIX, ASK EARL WHY THEY FIX ONLY PART AND HE SAID THAT BECAUSE I WAS PAYING AND WANT TO GO CHIP THAT'S WHAT THEY FIX, TALK TO JAMES HIGDON AND GOT THE SAME ANSWER THAT UNLESS I PAY MORE THEY WONT FIX MY CAR, I FEEL THE ESTIMATE WAS JUST A TRICK TO TAKE ADVANTAGE, I WILL NOT RECOMEND HONDA FOR ANY SERVICE, I FEEL THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND THE JOB WAS DONE IN MY CAR WAS NOT PROFESIONAL DONE.
