In addition to the oil change that I came in for Jeff told me I needed to replace the air filter, have tires rotated and Jeff suggested I replace the battery. He gave me prices for all of these items and after talking about the low mileage on my 2007 CRV he checked to see if battery was under warranty. It was which was a nice surprise. When I arrived I asked Jeff how long he thought it would take to complete the service, he said about an hour. I was in the service department and out in a little more than an hour. I always took my older CRV to a non-dealer repair facility but I will use Rusty Wallis service as long as I have my current CRV. Jeff was very considerant of my needs but at Rusty Wallis everyone puts the customer first. More
Jeff was outstanding! When I drove in there were two other gentlemen on the phone and Jeff was writing up another car, but quickly came over to help. The person who helped me (both on the phone and in person) was Jeff. He was phenomenal; every service team would be lucky to have someone like him! I cannot say enough good things about the overall experience. I appreciate that it usually a rare occurrence, but, at this dealership, I have a feeling that it happens on a regular basis. I recommend Rusty Wallis because the employees are service and safety oriented. Marcus listened to each of my concerns and answered each one using words that I understood. I went to the dealership for an oil change, to have my tires checked and for the check engine light that was flashing. Marcus explained approximately how much longer I could drive on the tires before I would need to replace them and also showed me how to check them myself. The check engine light was flashing because of scheduled maintenance and the needed maintenace was explained to me. The oil was changed and the car was ready 15 minutes early. The ladies at the check out counter were friendly and quickly took care of me at the same time the engaged me in everyday conversation. I left with the feeling that everyone enjoyed their job and were happy to meet and work with the public. Each person that I interacted with was professional and happy. The service area was clean and comfortable. I take my Honda there each time I need service. It's a great place with even better people working there. More
Our contacts with this Honda store have been really good from the first date of purchase with Dave DuBois to two recent service visits. I am sorry I don't remember the name of the mechanic who did some recent work on the car, but he knew what he needed to do and it was done in a timely way. We really have no complaints and we LOVE that the car is returned washed!! Prices are as reasonable as they're going to get in these days and we are fully satisfied with the service. The waiting area is clean, hot, fresh coffee is ready and the donuts are good, if you get there in time! We appreciate your good work. Flo and Dan Philips More

Most definitely do recommend rusty wallis already on new sales and service. Larry was very courteous, friendly and helpful in assisting me with my airbag recall. I was having a problem with the lumbar lat sales and service. Larry was very courteous, friendly and helpful in assisting me with my airbag recall. I was having a problem with the lumbar latch and moving the back of my seat forward on the driver side due to an accident a few years back. I have a bad back and this defect does not help it. He requested the shop technician look at it and Larry and he helped me understand what would need to be done and different options available, plus Larry got the latch to work that day. More
